Human Resource Unit, Kajang Municipal Council has organized Human Resource, Quality, Integrity and ICT Day on 3rd until 7th September 2018 at Kajang Municipal Council Lobby. The event officiated by Y.Bhg Tuan Mohd Sayuthi Bin Bakar S.M.S, Tuan Yang Dipertua Kajang Municipal Council.
AKRAB MPKj took part in the program whereby AKRAB’s counter has been open. 2 main activities are stress therapy counter and thumbprint forensic counter. Both counters received a great reception from the staff.
At the stress therapy counter, craft activities carried out such as to create plastic bag container/stoking, piggybank, bookmark, tote bag and key holder. With this activity it could unleash the staff creativity and to test their patience. It is also to educate them to use recycle materials. The craft product created were exhibit throughout the program.
Thumbprint forensic counter could give opportunity to the employees to identify themselves where the thumbprint taken and being analyze. The analysis results explained to the testimony on their potential. There was testimony did not realize their self advantage and disadvantage.
It is hoped that participants could utilized their potential and try to improve their shortcoming to be more success in the future.
