Kajang Municpal Council Induction Course No. 1/2020 was held from 21/01/2020 until 22/01/2020 for new employee from June 2019 to January 2020 intake. The course held at Mini Cempaka Telur Theater, Level 6, Kajang Municipal Council and attended by 23 employees from various group and department. The course delivered by MPKj internal officers based on the position in the committee and task according to the explained topic suitability.
The induction course is an introduction to the newly hired employees. In this course, the participants briefed about Kajang Municipal Council background, tasks and function of each department in MPKj, organization chart as well as the clubs under Kajang Municipal Council. The participants also briefed about the Service Circulars, General Orders, Department Safety, Introduction of Department ISO and introduction to 5S at MPKj.
It is hoped that with this course the participants will be able to understand more about MPKj and to instill the passion for the organization towards organization goals. Hoped that the participants can improve their performance and productivity in life and work.
