Kajang Municipal Council has organized “Kursus Jati Diri – Budaya Kerja Cemerlang MPKj" No.1/2018 on 28th – 30th August 2018. The course was held at Asia Camp, Kuala Kubu Bharu, Hulu Selangor. 41 staff including the committee from various group and department attended the course. Xthreem Patron Enterprise consultant handled the course.
This course is one of the annual course by Training Unit, MPKj. It is a compulsory to attend this course for the selected participants. This course is to foster team collaboration for every staff and to test physical and mental endurance the participants through outdoor activities such as jungle trekking, river floating and water rafting. The unique of this course is the survival cooking activity where each of the groups were given some raw items and they need to cook the using the items given for lunch in the forest.
It is hoped that with this course, the knowledge taught could be practiced and it could give positive results for the successful in the working and life.
