Lantern DIY Program (Do It Yourself) Kajang Municipal Council Kindergarten No. 7/2016 was held on 1st December 2016 (Thursday) at Kajang Municipal Council Kindergarten and organized by Kajang Municipal Council.
The program intended to help the kids on their learning and teaching to be carried out effectively when the kids attracted on the various shape of lantern. The lanterns have 4 shapes which are square, rectangle, triangle and sphere. The kids identified lanterns shapes and colours as the lanterns have shapes with the different colours and it have been explained to the kids in 2D and 3D. Apart of that, lantern could ease the kids to understand the shapes.
The parties that involves in this program are kindergarten kids, teachers and committee.
Overall it is hoped that this activity could foresee the cognitive development which is to identify the kids’ talent at young age and to provide some useful input to them.
