Integrity Unit, Kajang Municipal Council has organized Mind Therapy Course “Emotional Management” on 1st October 2019 with the collaboration of Selangor National Population And Family Development Board (NPFDB) under Ministry Of Women, Family And Community Development (MWFCD). The course was held at Dewan Seri Cempaka, MPKj and 30 employees consists of Management group and professional as well as support group attended the course. The course managed by Puan Ratna Safura Binti Kamal Shari and Encik Fairul Bin Desa.
This course intended to strengthen the team spirit and to increase motivation as well as to help MPKj employees to reduce stress effectively and to establish self-personality towards organization’s achievements and productivity.
Among the activities carried out are self-personality test, group activity for life screening and dancing therapy session.
It is hoped that with this course, it could help the participants to increase the positive emotion by knowing own personality and in relationship with the family and organization. The program also as one of the approach by Integrity Unit to identify the problem of their employees and to help them to increase their spirit to work in the organization. Integrity Unit also organized a “Mind Therapy” Course as an initiative to identify the employee problem and as a medium to change or to prevent the employee from making discipline offence.
