Training Unit, Management Service Department has organized MPKj Leadership and Interpersonal Relationship on 9 April 2018. The course was held at Cempaka Mini Theater, Level 6, MPKj. There were 119 staff attended this course, consists of various level and department. The course was delivered by Captain Feisal bin Mohamed Ali from Kak Jae Resources.
This course intended to build character, personality, knowledge basic self needs as organization administrator, strengthen in management and many more. Among activities that were carried out are slide show presentation and Q&A session.
It is hoped that the course could give some input and knowledge to be applied in their work and life.
