Management Services Department, MPKj has organized Program Jati Diri Akrab and Bengkel Penutupan Program Pementoran MPKj 2017 on 4th – 6th December 2017.The program was held at El-Azzhar Camp Morib and attended by 29 staff from various groups and departments. The program delivered by Encik Khairul Nadzir bin Helmi from Mort Resources and Encik Rinatho Bin Nunchi from SUK Selangor.
The program was held in continuity from Training of Trainees Program for Ahli Rakan Pembimbing Perkhidmatan Awam (AKRAB), to give opportunity to share the knowledge and skills in the real working environment at office and field, to prepare the effective report for mentoring program that has been carried out and to motivate self in delivering task and responsibility.
Among the activities that has been carried out are preparing the effective report for mentoring program (mentor and mentee), group activity, High rope, Kayak, Eco Challenge and net fishing.
It is hoped that that this program continuously being carried out as a benchmarked of quality and success for Program AKRAB and Mentoring Program
