Santuni Sahabat AKRAB Program was held on 20th April 2018 from 8.30am until 12.00pm at Kajang Municipal Council Library. The program was organized by AKRAB MPKj together with Training Unit.
The objectives of this program are to help individual on time management and to increase work performance. Santuni Sahabat AKRAB program was carried out in group whereby 7 people were involved. Apart of that, it could strengthen the relationship and to introduce the role of AKRAB in the organization.
Among the activity is ice breaking whereby the participants has to introduce themselves. Apart of that, participants were given a task to identify the activity that has been carried out in 1 day and to evaluate the benefits to themselves and the organization.
Along the program, the participants have raised the views and understand the important of good time management to increase their work performance. This program ended at 1.00pm.
