Training Unit, Human Resource Department, MPKj has organized Workshop Increase 5S Practice thru Kaizen Kajang Municipal Council on 12th – 14th July 2017. There were 40 officers and staff has attended this workshop. The workshop managed by En Mohd Lizuan Bin Abd Latif from Syarikat Quality Mind Sdn Bhd as consultant.
This workshop is intended to expose on the Kaizen practice in implementing 5S at the office and to improve on every 5S principal to give maximize 5S impact in the office. Group activity that has been carried out is discussing on every 5S features in details so that it can be improved based on Kaizen concept.
It is hoped that this workshop could give some input to all the officers and staff in increasing their 5S practice in office.
