Training Unit, Management Service Department, MPKj has organized Record Management Course on 27 – 28 December 2017. The course was held at Puri Pujangga Hotel, UKM Bangi and visiting session to Pejabat Pendaftar Bahagian Canselori. The course attended by 30 staff from Group A, B and C and it is from various department. The course delivered by En Muhammad Amirul Abdul Razak and En Mursidi Ahamat from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
This course was held to increase the filing and record productivity. Records Management also could help to control efficiently and systematic for creation, acceptance, maintenance, usage and records disposal. This control including preserve the evidence and information in records about organization’s activity and transaction. Among activities that has been carried out are group discussion and a visit to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi. The visit is intended to see how to manage filing and records there.
It is hoped that this course could give some input to the participants and help to increase the records management performance at Kajang Municipal Council.
