Kajang Munipal Council Family and Work Balance Program were held on 30th April 2018 (Monday) at Kajang Municipal Council Library. The program was organized by Library Unit and MPKj Kindergarten with the Training Unit.
The program was intended to give awareness and knowledge to the parent on the importance of balancing the role and responsibility to the family and work. It also to provide skill and guidance on the parent lifestyle to face the family challenges in every Family Life Cycle.
Activities that were carried out are one body many hats, motherly and fatherly, creative parenting and stress management.
The participants who were involved are staff and committee, speaker from National Population and Family Development Board (NPFDB).
Overall, it is hoped that this program could cultivate parenting skills and guidance to the employee so that they could play their role efficiently and prioritize their family as well as career development.
