Kajang Municipal Council has organized Customer Relation Service Course on 1st – 2nd October 2018. The course was held at Dewan Seri Cempaka, Kajang Municipal Council and attended by 22 employees, those are Customer Service Officer and support office that serve at MPKj department counter.

Customer Service Officer is the organization front liner thus it has to high quality that can portray a good image to the organization.

Thru this course, the participants could identify types of customer that come to the counter and could understand the customer and able to control customer emotion so that each discussion or complain could be settled accordingly and both party could achieve their agreement affectively.

It is hoped that the knowledge will be applied in order to improve quality service at MPKj.
