Human Resource Unit, Management Services Department, MPKj has organized AKRAB Training of Trainers (TOT) Program and MPKj 2018 Mentoring Program Workshop on 19th December 2018. The course was held at Bangi-Putrajaya Hotel, Bandar Baru Bangi. The course attended by 50 employee consists of AKRAB and mentor and mentee participants that has been appointed to be part of this Mentoring Program. This program handled by Encik Rinatho Bin Nuchi, Psychology Officer from Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Selangor.
This program objective is to empower and smoothen AKRAB task force in giving the effective guidance towards their colleague and a basis to boost the effectiveness in delivering towards the successful of Human Resource Management.
Various activities have been carried out such as AKRAB functional and role briefing and Mentoring Program. The participants also were brief on the guideline to handle report book accordance to the standard that has been setup.
It is hoped that the program could be continued as an AKRAB Program performance measure and successful yet quality Mentoring Program.
