Human Resource Unit, Management Service Department MPKj has organized MPKj Human Resource Strategic Plan 2019 – 2024 on 18 – 19th September 2019. There were 30 employee consists of Director, Assistant Director and Head of Unit every department attended the workshop.
The workshop was held at Movenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA and launched by Yang Dipertua Y.Bhg. Dato’ Haji Rosli bin Othman DPMS. The workshop delivered by Encik Sulaiman bin Husin from Akademi PKNS Sdn. Bhd.
The workshop objective is to assist planning the Human Resource Strategic Plan, taking into account the need of every department in MPKj over the next 5 years. Among the discussions were the features of effective strategic plan, strategic planning, 5 years projection activities, shaping structure and strategic plan monitoring proposal.
It is hoped that the workshop could help to plan the Human Resource Strategic Plan in line with the core strategic of Kajang Municipal Council.
