Kajang Municipal Council has organized MPKj Mentoring Program Report Writing Workshop 2019 on 17th October 2019. The workshop held at Dewan Seri Cempaka, MPKj and attended by 36 employees consists of mentor, mentee and MPKj AKRAB member.
The workshop delivered by Encik Rinatho bin Nunchi from Human Resource Management Unit, Selangor State Secretary Office.
The speaker guided mentoring program participants in report writing throughout the mentoring program in year 2019.
It is hoped that the workshop could improve the officer self-development, professional competency, culture, personal and social as well as potential to develop their career and personality.
