Kajang Municipal Council has organized Briefing on Selangor Real Estate Housing Application Procedure on 21st July 2020 at Mini Theater Level 6, Kajang Municipal Council. There were 90 MPKj employees attended this course including committee from various level and department.
The objective of course is to expose on the method of Selangor real estate housing application procedure covers eligibility requirement, types of offer and documentations that has been set up by Selangor Real Estate Housing Board. Other than that, Q&A session to assist the attended employee to enquire the application status and other related matters.
With this briefing it is hoped that it could encourage the employee to own housing and the application can be done successfully.
