Kajang Municipal Council has organized Kajang Municipal Council Targeted Induction Course No. 2/2020 from 5 to 6 October 2020 for newly appointed permanent and contract employees starting February 2020 until October 2020. The course was held at Meeting Room Cempaka Putih 1, Level 7, Kajang Municipal Council and attended by 40 employees from various group and department. This course was delivered by MPKj internal officer based on the position in the committee and task according to suitable topic.
The induction course is the introduction course to the employee who just being appointed. In this course, the participants were briefed about the background of Kajang Municipal Council, tasks and functions each department in MPKJ, organization chart and clubs under Kajang Municipal Council. Participants also been briefed on the Civil Servant Regulations, Introduction to Department ISO and Introduction to 5S in MPKj.
It is hoped that the participants be able to know more about MPKj and to cultivate the love for organization and to realize the organization goals. And it is hoped that it could increased the performance and productivity of participants in their life and work.
