Kajang Municipal Council organized Induction Course Series No 1/2021 Kajang Municipal Council on 9 until 10 March 2021 for their new permanent and contract employee starting March to October 2021. The induction session held at Cempaka Telur Mini Theater Level 6, Kajang Municipal Council. The course attended by 41 employees from various group and department. This course is presented by representatives from the Selangor State Secretary's Office (SUK) via online while MPKj internal officers via face-to-face session according to their positions in the committee and duties based on the suitability of the topic.
This course is an introductory course for newly appointed employee. In this course, participants were explained about the background, the duties and functions of the department in of the Kajang Municipal Council, organization chart and the clubs under MPKJ’s auspice. Participants were also briefed on Civil Servants Regulations, Introduction to ISO and 5S in MPKj.
It is hoped that with this course, the participants can get to know MPKj better and instill a sense of love for the organization and to realize the organization goals. It is hoped that this course could increased the performance and productivity the participants at work and life.
