Kajang Municipal Council has held Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) Building Excellence Interpersonal Communication Course on 7 to 8 April 2021 at the Bangi Avenue Convention Center. This course was attended by 40 MPKj employees from various departments. The speaker for this course is Mr. Abdul Razak Bin Mohd Yassin from META Training Sdn. Bhd.
The objectives of this course are to establish clear and effective communication values. In addition, it is also to understand the different strengths of communication between one individual with another. The course also emphasizes on the importance of effective communication when dealing with management.
It is hoped that with this course, if can boost the participant’s confident when communicating either with colleagues or public. Hopefully the participants can further improve their performance and productivity in life and work.
