In conjunction with 64 Malaysia Independence Day celebration this year, Selangor Team and along with Zone 20 Council Member (En.Hanafi bin Jalalludin) and Council Member Zone 22 (En.Zulkifli bin Redzuan) has distributed food basket, Malaysian flags and souvenirs as appreciation to former soldiers and police that has been retired from ATM and PDRM who is living in Semenyih area. This programme is intended to show gratitude to the warriors for their efforts in keeping the peace and preserving the independence of our beloved country.
Almost ten areas and about 100 people were participating in the distribution. Team Selangor Volunteers, PeBS Semenyih, Zone 20 Squad, and Hulu Langat Anti-Drug Squad were among the volunteers who rode four-wheel drive throughout the distribution procedure. We also handed out Malaysian and Selangor flags at the Pasar Awam Semenyih and Pasar Awam Kg Baru Semenyih in order to rekindle the spirit of independence, which will be celebrated soon.
Hopefully, this activity will honour soldiers while also instilling a sense of patriotism in young people, particularly in Semenyih. Thank you to everyone who was involved, and Salam Kemerdekaan to everyone!
