Kajang Municipal Council was visited by Human Resource Management Division, Selangor State Secretary Office on 13th August 2018, 11 am at Bilik Mesyuarat Cempaka Putih, Level 7, MPKj Tower. The visit is to implement Audit of Standard Quality AKRAB Program Implementation and Mentoring (SKPsi) 2018. Tuan Timbalan Yang Dipertua Tuan Haji Najmuddin Bin Jemain deliver the opening speech.
The objective of this implementation is to strengthen the psychology service delivery in public services and to ensure Circular No 18/2005: Psychology Application in Human Resource Management implemented totally in every Department and agency of Selangor State Secretary Office administration.
Apart of that it is also to give start recognition to the department and agency that has implemented the program and AKRAB activity, regularly and structured mentoring with responsible and effectively.
Auditor lead by Puan Faridah Binti Abdul Jalil@Abas, Psychologist Officer together with En Muhammad Nasir Bin Hamir, Puan Faridah Binti Rozali, Puan Nur Erniana BInti Mohamad Azizan and one internship student.
It is hoped that MPKj could receive good rating result and to increase the number of good management achievement. Audit session ended at 12.30pm.
