Hands-On Briefing Gerbang Jaringan Penunjuk Pembangunan Mampan Bandar Luar Bandar Malaysia (MURNInets 2.0) Year 2021 to 24 Administrative Assistant Council Zone Residents Representative Council was held on 11th March 2021 (Thursday) at ICT Training Room, Metro Avenue.
The purpose of this briefing is to provide knowledge on the implementation of MURNInets 2.0, to assess sustainability measurement level of Local Authorities at the national level. Councilors' Administrative Assistants are requested to conduct an online questionnaire survey with the residents in their respective MPP zones to assess residents' satisfaction with local authority services and residents' happiness index.
The implementation of this questionnaire is in line with the needs of Local Authority Star Rating System Indicators evaluation and to help local authorities to measure population’s satisfactory subsequently to improve service delivery from time to time. The implementation period of the online questionnaire survey has been started until 30th June 2021.
