Kajang Municipal Council has organized a Visit to Hitam Putih Kehidupan Art Gallery Exhibition (SOLO-Mohd Nizam Radzaly) on 7th April 2016 (Thursday) at Pusat Kebudayaan, Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Razak (DECTAR) Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). There were 10 participants join the program that lasts for 2 hours and attended by Encik Lee Learn Eng, Councilor of Zone 8, Puan Norehan Binti Muhamad Zahidi as a secretariat from Kajang Municipal Council, Puan Elia Aliza Binti Md Arith Pusat Wanita Berdaya (PWB) Kajang supervisor, Puan Siti Azura Bt Abd Aziz Marketing Manager of Kajang Plaza Medical Centre (KPMC) and Committee Member Pusat Wanita Berdaya (PWB) Kajang.
The visit intended is to appreciate the handcraft artist from Kajang thru his 35 arts with Black White of Life theme. Apart of that, it’s also to foster a support from the community, businessman and MPKj Councilors to open the opportunity and place to held continuous arts exhibition and capable to generate income as arts business and to encourage local’s interest to produce paintings.
The arrival of MPKj community was greeted by Ms Zaiton, Encik Iskandar and Puan Hazelina as Pegawai Kebudayaan UKM. Opening briefing session delivered by Pegawai Kebudayaan UKM with a speech about Introduction of Establishment and Activity of Cultural Centre of UKM followed by visiting The Art Gallery Exhibition of Hitam Putih Kehidupan. The exhibition starting from 14th March 2016 until 4th May 2016. The delegation brought to Dewan Tun Abdul Razak (DECTAR), UKM, Production Unit, Dance Studio, UKM Theater Hall, Music Studio and Gamelan Studio.
It is hoped that this visit could provide info and experience to the local community and to appreciate the contribution of arts by Kajang local.
