Alhamdulillah, the Hulu Langat Drug Freedom Carnival organized by the Hulu Langat National Anti-Drug Agency took place at the Semenyih Community Hall. This carnival also got cooperation from the MPKj Council Member Office Zone 20, Squad Zone 20 and Team Selangor.
The program also got the cooperation from several agencies such as Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj), KEMAS, KKM, Fire and Rescue Department, LPPKN, LHDN, Prison Department, Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS), Department of Development of Persons with Disabilities (OKU), Defense Forces Public (APM) Hijrah Selangor.
The program aims to bring the community in Semenyih area together with the agencies involved, public to visit the booths, service counters and inquiry counters. The program started with aerobic activities and followed by a health campaign talk from the Hulu Langat District Health Office.
At the same time, there are also side activities such as children's coloring, decorated clothes with the theme of independence and Bouquet composition. The visitors seemed eager to do the activities that had been arranged by the secretariat.
The presence of Hulu Langat Member of Parliament, Datuk Ustaz Hassanudin Yunos at the carnival today to officiate the opening ceremony and launching gimmick of independence month. He also did not miss the opportunity to say hello and greet the visitors who attended today's program.
It is hoped that the program could establish a good relationship between the agencies involved with the local community, especially in Semenyih.
