Training Unit, Management Services Department, Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) has organized a Course on Strengthening Job and Responsible of Secret Registrar on 5th March until 7th March 2018. The course was held at Hotel Puri Pujangga, UKM, Bangi, Selangor. This course attended by 30 staff from various group and department. This course delivered by Encik Mike Palmer Anank Frankie Jaya and Puan Dayang Munira Binti Bukari from Safety Chief Officer Office, Government of Malaysia.
This course was organized to give some understanding related to job and responsible of Secret Registrar, to increase competency in performing job and to increase quality of classified document in Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj). Among activity that has been carried out during the course are explanation on the job and responsibility of Secret Registrar, Reclassified Documents, the threats and practical practice on filling up Official Secret Record Book.
It is hoped that this course could give some positive inputs to the participants and help to increase team performance.
