In line with the objectives of the New Public Service Delivery Norm (NBPPA) which is to empower and create a new norm of public service delivery that is oriented towards the digitization of services to the people (G2C) and the business community (G2B) by increasing the use of E2E services, empowering partial E2E services and to reduce the number of transactions in physical counters for services that have been implemented on an E2E basis.

MPKj towards Livable Cities, Generating the National Economy is committed in providing high-quality municipal services and infrastructure facilities for the people comfort who have exceeded 1 million residents in 2020. To improve the service delivery system, MPKj has 50 services involving Government to Citizen target groups (G2C) and the Government to Business (G2B) Business Community with a breakdown of 26 E2E services, 4 Partial E2E Services and 20 E-Counter Services.
