  • To process Application for Certificate of Fitness(CF), Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) Level I-III conducted from OSC date until review letter being issued

  • Review process for the Land Conversion, subdivision title transfer, temporary Occupation Licence, Permit to shift boulders
14 days
  • To process the application for change of use for kindergarten, Nursery, Childcare centre buildings (if no objections)
30 days

With the condition that the owner / developer / architect provides the completed documents and always keep in touch with the technical deparments incharge in order to get an immediate explanation / comment.
